Winter Haven prepares Centennial party for New Year’s Eve
WINTER HAVEN – When fireworks illuminate the sky over Lake Silver with bursts of color Friday night, Winter Haven residents will not only celebrate the beginning of 2011 but also the start of a year-long observance of the city’s centennial anniversary.
