Ideas for small, cheap toys/props to photograph?
I’m about to order a small Wall-E toy off of eBay for £2 for a little fun photographing him in our ‘big’ old world, maybe doing a series of photographs showing a journey or something. Any ideas for other small objects/characters, such as retro robots or toys that could be some fun?

Lego characters are always good for a bit of interesting ‘location’ photography. This guy (http://www.flickr.com/photos/balakov/) does a lot of toy/Lego stuff. His recreations of ‘classic’ photos in Lego are great!
I’ve done a few (here’s one: http://www.flickr.com/photos/deepbluephotography/3528780306/in/set-72157622773520191/) but nowhere near as good.
