How Does the N.R.A Feel about “Cash For Guns”?
I wondering how does the National Rifle Association feel about those programs conducted in many US areas where a city will actually pay you cash for turning in your gun? I would think they don’t like that because if gives the impression that Gang Leaders, Robbers, and Thugs are going to be the ones turning in there guns for money thereby making your city a much safer city.
If I turn in my gun, and they say, we are glad to get these guns off the street….Well my gun was never “on the street”.
It’s a waste of money. I’m an NRA member and took advantage of one of these cash for guns program. I basically sold them a piece of junk gun that was broken for a $50 gift certificate.
You are right, the people that turn these things in aren’t gang members. It’s folks who essentially have guns they don’t know what to do with or junk guns like mine was.
I’ve read stories where widows turned in their late husband’s guns simply because they didn’t know what to do with them.

how do you add edges to pictures?
I’m trying to do a head shot type of photo for a local community theatre, and I want to add an edge, like a frame, black, something thats not clean, but looks likes it been erased. What is the simplest, possibly free thing to do, to make all 35 pictures look the same. Is there a program, template/ please help! by the way, i’m using corel paint shop pro
