Broadway Poster Blues

Teen room desorating help…?
I have a smaller room, so i want to use cool colors to make it seem more open. I was thinking it would look really cool if I painted the walls a silver/blue/grayish color and then hung old broadway posters in black frames with maybe a red comfoter. But what other themes would look neat?
My room is lilac right now (not that I don’t like it) but I just feel like it’s more 6th grade-ish. It’s not like I have anything babyish in my room, it just doesn’t feel grown up enough.
I really like your idea of doing old broadway posters for your room. I think the color you’re thinking of painting the walls will complement nicely. If you’re on the fence about doing the posters, another idea that would be good with the silver/blue/grayish color is doing a ‘beach chic’ theme.
